Lifetime Access
When you buy a course from Best Dog Learning and Stuff Ltd, you retain lifetime access.
It should be noted that lifetime access means the lifetime of the Site (bestdoglearningandstuff.co.uk) and/or video hosting on YouTube. I expect both of these to be around for a long time. Please note that lifetime access does not apply to The High Prey Drive Club which is a yearly membership with access being removed at the end of the year.
Conduct
However, you work with me, if you are interacting with other students, kindness must be practiced and you must respect their privacy.
Use of the Site
The Site and its contents belong to Best Dog Learning and Stuff Ltd.
The contents include photos, videos, text, voice and sound recordings.
The parts of the Site that you have access to are for your personal use. This means that none of the content can be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, used for public or commercial purposes, or downloaded in any way unless written permission is expressly granted by Best Dog Learning and Stuff Ltd.
Modification of the content or use of the content for any other purpose than your personal use is a violation of the copyright and other proprietary rights of the Company, as well as other authors who created the materials, and may be subject to monetary damages and penalties.
You may not distribute, modify, transmit, or use any part of the Site or its content for public or commercial purposes without the express, written consent from Best Dog Learning and Stuff Ltd.
All Site contents are copyrighted unless otherwise noted and are the property of Best Dog Learning and Stuff Ltd and/or a supplier to Best Dog Learning and Stuff Ltd.
Security
The Site uses a Django framework, and Django is a well-used framework.
It is upgraded when needed to the version of Django currently under long term support.
The Best Dog Learning and Stuff Ltd system is hosted on secure UK servers looked after by Fasthosts.
The site is very secure, but nothing is impenetrable. So it could be that at some point, data is stolen from the site.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is subject to the Privacy Policy.
Refunds
If you no longer wish to be a VIP member of The High Prey Drive Club, you can receive a full refund if you let me know within two weeks (14 days) of joining and before your free 1-to-1 onboarding session has taken place.
Once your free 1-to-1 onboarding session has taken place, no refunds will be available, even if you are still within the first two weeks of joining. This is because the main benefit of your membership — personalised help — is provided in that session.
Please note that you will lose access to The High Prey Drive Club immediately after a refund is issued.
If subscription payments for The High Prey Drive Club are defaulted on, access to The Club and any classes that came with it will be removed.
For all other services, including the Masterclass Series, refunds are not available.
Advice Given
I work hard at giving the best information I can. I am highly qualified and complete large amounts of CPD each year.
Even so, I cannot guarantee results for you.
You remain responsible for your dog's behaviour.
Success in dog training depends on a range of factors including but not limited to: your own efforts, your skill at implementing the training suggested, the time you spend on training, as well as your dog's prior experiences, health, and temperament.
The High Prey Drive Club
The Club is a group coaching membership where you will receive high quality and unique education about training high prey drive dogs.
I receive and give feedback on videos and messages received from members of The Club. In the event that I receive too many to look at, I will select those that I feel will benefit most members of The Club.
Private 1-2-1 advice is not given as part of The Club. If you require it, you may book at 1-2-1 with me. Please do note there is an additional cost for doing so.
One to One Training
Payment in full must be made at the time of booking. A refund can be provided if you ask for it before we set the date for our first meeting.
Follow up notes will not be provided. You are responsible for ensuring that you take note of advice given.
Twice-daily messaging (Mon–Fri)via your private space on my website including short video clips for tailored feedback
You remain responsible for your dog's behaviour.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Best Dog Learning and Stuff Ltd. and each of its directors, officers employees, and agents, harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to
your breach of this Agreement
any violation by you of the law or the rights of any third party
any materials, information, works and/or other content of whatever nature or media that you post or share on or through the Site
your use of the Site or any services that Best Dog Learning and Stuff Ltd. may provide via the Site
(v) your conduct in connection with the Site or the services or with other users of the Site or the services
Best Dog Learning and Stuff Ltd. reserves the right to assume the exclusive defence of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this Section. In such event, you shall provide Best Dog Learning and Stuff Ltd. with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by Best Dog Learning and Stuff Ltd.
Rights of those working with Best Dog Learning and Stuff Ltd
The provisions of these Terms of Use are for the benefit of the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates and its third party content providers and licensors, and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf.
Law
This agreement and the purchase and use of all products and services shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish law, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You further submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts sitting in Scotland. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason is unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
